Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Contracts Manager to work for a bespoke kitchen business in Liverpool. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to remain calm under pressure and hit targets.
A salary of between £30,000-£35,000 DOE.

The Role:

Controlling contracts between customers, vendors, partners, and employees
Overseeing projects from start to finish
Being the critical point of contract between the business and third parties
Ensuring timely review and approval of variations
Negotiating terms and conditions
Handling purchase orders, sales invoices, and other important documentation
Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met
Working with luxury German Kitchens brands
Working alongside the wider team to ensure tight deadlines are achieved
Previous contract experience
Previous experience working within the kitchen industry
Previous management experience
An understanding of how to read architectural plans
Able to hit tight deadlines and KPI's
Determined, keen and hard working
Selfmotivated and a team player

The Benefits:

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday and will be office based. The working hours are between 9am-5.30pm.
