We have stepped up for our residents and businesses like never before.

About The Role

At the London Borough of Hounslow, we have big ambitions, and our Housing and Tenancy Management Services are helping us realise these by transforming how we work for our residents.

Right now, we need everyone from supportive assistants to performance-driven managers to join us in Housing Policy and Performance.

In these roles, you'll use data to help our residents.

You will be a motivated professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible policy and performance management function for Housing and Tenancy Management.

You are an excellent writer and are highly analytical, able to deal with high volumes of complex information and translate it into plain English.

You are horizon scanning on a regular basis, keeping existing policies and procedures under review, and renewing or updating as required.

When it comes to performance management, you take a systematic and preventative approach. You'll keep up with the latest legislative changes and always build on your knowledge.

Whether you're working from home, in our office or you're out and about in the community, you'll put your communication skills to great use.

We're looking for people who challenge processes, nurture ideas and drive forward improvements.

You'll need to be the kind of person who takes the initiative, makes evidence-based decisions, and finishes what you start.

If you do, and you're the type to test, learn, refine, and go again, you should apply.

Having a diverse workforce is vital because it helps us to better understand our communities and different perspectives. You'll find that our culture is supportive and inclusive, allowing you to be your true self.
