Our fabulous #TeamPeterhead are looking for motivated and understanding *female individuals to join them as
Support Practitioners on a 16, 20 or 35 hours per week permanent basis.


The Role
The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. You'll become part of a friendly and dedicated team who support three individuals to live in their own homes.

Your main aims will be providing one to one support with daily living, encouraging independence and helping each individual to reach their goals and full potential.


We'll need you to be enthusiastic and creative supporting with their hobbies and interests too, these include arts & crafts, day trips, walking, shopping, hair & beauty and going to various social events and activities.


About You


For these particular roles, we are looking for you to have experience of behaviours that can challenge either in a personal or professional setting.

Keeping to routines and guidelines is incredibly vital, so we will also need you to bring an understanding of the importance of this.

Shift Patterns


Our dedicated team provide tailored care 24/7 and shift patterns usually fall into patterns of hours or hours (which includes sleepover).

Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Our

16 and 20 hours posts will usually involve working your hours over 2 or 3 days per week, whereas the

35 hours opportunity would would usually involve working your hours over 5 days.


Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you'll receive an additional payment of £87 for every sleepover shift you work.
