Oliver Wyman Forum, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Fellow to join our fast-growing team and lead our newest topic area, Leading In Permacrisis.

As Senior Fellow, you will empower CEOs with insights to comprehend emerging crises, their ramifications, and the necessary actions to successfully navigate them.

You will collaborate with our partner leadership team to develop a programmatic approach toward community and content development, providing essential leadership to our team to deliver breakthrough impact.

You will also steer the strategic direction of the Permacrisis program area, providing day-to-day leadership for a team of consultants and a cross-functional team of experts across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing, in structuring and executing impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the partner leadership team to develop a programmatic approach toward community and content development, providing essential leadership to our team to deliver breakthrough impact.
Steering the strategic direction of the Permacrisis program area, providing daytoday leadership for a team of consultants and a crossfunctional team of experts across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing, in structuring and executing impactful projects.
Cultivating a strong network of senior leaders across Oliver Wyman and our external partners, fostering innovative thinking and collaboration.
Leading flagship research projects that deliver cuttingedge insights, positioning yourself as a recognized and credible expert on the topic of Permacrisis.
Creating opportunities for visibility through speaking engagements at events ranging from closedoor, Csuite discussions to public panels on the world's biggest stages.

Desired Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience, ideally with a toptier strategy consulting firm and a track record of delivering successful strategy engagements in multiple industries.
Demonstrable experience in, or knowledge of, permacrisis topics is preferred
Strong conceptual thinking and problemsolving ability with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to develop and synthesize insights for CEOs.
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels.
Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently, deliver highquality, impactful output, think strategically, and communicate effectively.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problemsolving skills, and comfort working in a fastpaced environment.
A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.
Experience advising business leaders on strategies to navigate macro risk is a plus.
