Description

Anthony Gell School is a very successful 11-18 school which provides an excellent learning environment for all students, including those who have additional needs and disabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teaching assistant to join our Learning Support Department.

The role involves working under the direction and guidance of class teachers to supervise and provide particular support for students with additional needs, to enable them to learn as effectively as possible independently and in group situations.

The Learning Support Department consists of the SENDCo and an experienced team of teaching assistants who work closely with the Pastoral team and relevant professionals to support our students.

Staff deliver a range of targeted interventions to best meet the needs of each student.
