Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_ are currently working with a large organisation in the centre of Liverpool who are looking to recruit an Administrative Billing Specialist.
This is a permanent role, and my client are looking for somebody who has experience working within E Billing and also has worked as a billing specialist in the past.
The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role as a billing specialist.
Tasks and responsibilities;
- Administration as required for Billing Team
- Bill checking, posting and credit note processing
- Payor and VAT setup and monitoring
- Debt and disbursement write offs
- Processing e bills on client systems
- Carry out ad hoc disbursement recovery exercises as and when required
- Client specific bill creation if required
- Dealing with general enquiries to aid the Finance Operations section and general Finance Department.
- Assisting the Finance management, and Team leaders with routine accounts duties as and when required.
- Assist with accounts maintenance projects and exercises that may include leaver audit administration and accounts database maintenance.
- As appropriate, assist with clerical accounts duties and accounts administration
- If required support other Finance Operations teams
