Our client, a global leader in the Food industry has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain professional manage their Inbound & Outbound Logistics operations, leading the warehouse team to create a successful function.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Running the inbound and outbound operation (24 hours x 7 days) for the site, safely and within budget.
Manage the warehousing team, ensuring that they carry out their tasks effectively.
Ensuring that appropriate staffing and skill levels are deployed to deliver inbound & outbound KPI's
You will be the site Autostore super user, ensuring that key aspects of the system are well maintained (i.e. date codes, data maintenance etc)
Ensuring that the equipment used in the operation is maintained efficiently (i.e. stretch wrap M/c's, scanning & labelling equipment, conveyors and MHE equipment).
A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or equivalent will be preferred.
At least 3 to 5 years Logistics, Inventory or Warehouse management experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Autostore Super User capability and understanding of SAP.
Proven leadership skills, leading by example, demonstrating high standards of behaviour, honesty, and integrity.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact across all levels in the organisation.
