Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our busy team based in East Grinstead.

As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team invoice requests, telephone calls, sending and obtaining documentation to conclude transactions
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns
• Maintain customer databases and update customer records where a;ocan;e
• Actively learn the motor finance market and complete training and qualifications as required.

Skills:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (telephone).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
• Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service

All necessary training provided - just looking for someone with a positive attitude to work in a positive environment. This role is full time office based.

5 days a week, 20 hours, 4 hours per day. Times of each day can be flexible between 10am and 4pm.


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
