Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our busy team based in East Grinstead.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team invoice requests, telephone calls, sending and obtaining documentation to conclude transactions
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records where a;ocan;e
- Actively learn the motor finance market and complete training and qualifications as required.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (telephone).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
5 days a week, 20 hours, 4 hours per day. Times of each day can be flexible between 10am and 4pm.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
