In the support services team, we focus on a first class service delivery to our colleagues. The office administrators involvement will be varied and will be providing a complete office support to the wider UK company covering a myriad of tasks ranging from stationery orders to liaising with external suppliers; exciting
As the office administrator in the team, you will be liaising with the Head of Support Services for all general office based matters.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all kitchen consumables are maintained such as coffee, tea, milk etc
- Be responsible for the replenishment of office stationery
- Liaise with external suppliers for office maintenance such as USSP, Plant hire company, office refurbishment
- Ensure that the Main Boardroom fridge is suitably stocked with refreshments
- Keep the shredding area clean and clear
- Be responsible for the office environment and ensuring all areas are kept free of clutter
- Ensure that the booking in system is accurately maintained
- Report any repairs to the USSP, on behalf of the H&S Manager, for prompt rectification
- Booking of taxis locally
- Booking of refreshments for functions/client meetings
- Assist in logistics for DERS travel and also recruitment fayre bookings
Good to have:
- office administration experience.
- Detailoriented and high sense of autonomy, initiative and organisation.
- Have good problem solving skills proactive in nature.
- Have autonomy, initiative and customer orientation
This position is 100% office based.
