Insignis Talent are currently working with a market leading Electronics and Systems company, based in Dorset, that are currently expanding due to a sustained period of natural, organic growth.

As a result, they are actively seeking Project Managers to jointheir team on a permanent basis.

In this position you will be given the opportunity to work on a large scale, high value project and/or several lower cost projects concurrently, providing a challenging and dynamic environment that can allow you to progress and develop your professional career.

With both a UK and International client base, there is a huge amount of variety and opportunity available.

This position would highly suit someone with strong knowledge and experience in risk management and budgeting/costing, covering the whole project lifecycle.

Key Knowledge, skills and personal qualities required

Experience of successfully delivering complex technical products from initial design definition through to final test and acceptance into service
Excellent organisational and leadership skills and experience with leading diverse teams, stakeholders and suppliers
Experience of managing significant value (financial, strategic) projects to challenging timescales, budgets and requirements
Good commercial skills and awareness of relevant contractual aspects associated with project delivery
Ability to effectively communicate, present and negotiate direct with key external stakeholders
