    Owen Daniels are a provider of STEM recruitment solutions headquartered in Surrey with offices in Cheltenham and Birmingham. Founded in 2011, we specialize in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK.

    We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.

    About the Role

    • Support the business by sourcing talent for various positions for a range of different customers across the UK.
    • The primary responsibility of this position is sourcing the best talent for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service.
    • Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates.
    • Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience.
