We are looking to strengthen our existing team by of the addition of an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunityto provide an efficient administrative support within the Specialist Service (SS) team of Grant Thornton, which offers great benefits and career opportunities.
- Office contact for local office, dealing with all office based tasks
- Undertaking specialist services administrative tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development

As a Business Support Administrator within our team, you will:
- Provide efficient and reliable administration support, from arranging meetings, travel, report production and raising invoices
- Liaises with facilities team regarding meeting set up and IS requirements
- Oversees stock control and ordering of stationary on site as necessary
- Assists with post room queries and processes incoming postal cheques on a daily basis
- Adheres to Firm's risk management policies and maintains the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality
- Acts with integrity and in line with our organisational values
Joining us as a Business Support Administrator the minimum criteria you'll need is IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'llhelp you develop along the way.

- Some previous office experience
