Job Purpose
As a Benchmarking and Technology Insight Lead at Agratas, you will be responsible for market analysis of competitor technologies and attribute setting for future Agratas products lines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Benchmarking: Responsible for creating, gathering, analysing and communicating benchmarking information for all battery systems technology throughout the industry to various departments.
- Market Strategy: Strategically coordinate product benchmarking events with departments and customers to assess latest trends within the industry.
- Cost Optimization: Stay abreast of the latest cost reduction initiatives and communicate internally in facilitate the maintenance and improvement of battery product portfolio.
- BoM Analysis: Create summary of Functional BoM and Manufacturing BoM characteristics
- Market Trends: Remain current on technology, monitoring OEM's and competitors for future emerging trends of battery system.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in battery enclosure technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engagement: Participate in benchmarking events and other exhibition or events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- An excellent understanding of benchmarking concepts, principles, and methods.
- Has high level understanding and deep interest of the battery industry, keeping up to date with the latest advancements in technologies and manufacturing methodology.
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes from requirements capture through to design validation.
- Familiarity with supplier quality management, negotiations, and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
