Requirements of the Arborist - Tree Climber Team Leader

Experience of tree works including felling, pruning, pollarding and stump grinding.
Experience of managing and motivating a team.
Driver's licence and CS 30, 31, 38, 39 or equivalent.

Responsibilities of the Arborist - Tree Climber Team Leader

Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for delivering commercial tree works.
You and your team will complete tree felling, pruning, pollarding, stump grinding, cut and clearance and other associated tree works.
Working closely with your team you will ensure they are motivated, organised and managed, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards.
You will direct and supervise, ensuring compliance with site specific policies and procedures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
