Wiring Assembler

£13.00 to £15.00 per hour

Fareham, Hampshire

Our client, a subcontract electronics manufacturer, is looking for a Wiring Assembler to join their existing team. This is a great opportunity to join a local company manufacturing electronic components that are used globally in a wide range of industries

As a Wiring Assembler, you will be required to carry out various duties such as:

Building wire looms
Unit assembly
Working to complex engineering drawings and schematics
Soldering wires to connectors
Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
To carry out assembly using basic hand tools

Full training is provided however the following experience is required:

Wiring assembly
Soldering experience
Experience within an electronic/mechanical manufacturing environment
Able to read and understand drawings and technical instructions
Attention to detail
Able to work in a team and individually

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 and Friday 07:30-12:30.

The hourly pay will be £13.00 per hour, however you can be paid up to £15.00 per hour if you have recent relevant experience within the electronics industry, paid weekly in arrears.
