Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand various lender criteria to support mortgage advisors.
• Create comprehensive client dossiers for submission to mortgage lenders.
• Enter and manage data within our company CRM system.
• Liaise effectively with estate agents, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm (20 hours per week). Overtime may be available at the same hourly rate.


Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Administrator.
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and office software.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
• A proactive and detailoriented approach to work.
