The role will be wide ranging and will include the following:
- Arranging inspections
- Contacts Management
- Dealing with rates for all void properties logged onto system, check addresses, and liaise with Surveyors to ensure void funding to get them paid in instalments
- Update systems with change notes
- Maintaining in house database/spreadsheets/trackers
- Insurance: support on claims admin administration (chasing Building Manager's and Surveyors to obtain quotes) and updating renewal spreadsheets
- Drafting mail merges
- Respond to queries
- Running and collating client reports
- Sending out welcome letters
- Fee billing
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Sending service charge budgets/reconciliations to tenants & variance reporting
- Ad hoc administrative duties as and when they arise
Person Specification
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills and experience in building relationships with key business stakeholders
- Good MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Task oriented and selfmotivated, with ability to prioritise issues
- Previous experience working within the Property industry would be advantageous
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
