Key Responsibilities
The role will be wide ranging and will include the following:

  • Arranging inspections
  • Contacts Management
  • Dealing with rates for all void properties logged onto system, check addresses, and liaise with Surveyors to ensure void funding to get them paid in instalments
  • Update systems with change notes
  • Maintaining in house database/spreadsheets/trackers
  • Insurance: support on claims admin administration (chasing Building Manager's and Surveyors to obtain quotes) and updating renewal spreadsheets
  • Drafting mail merges
  • Respond to queries
  • Running and collating client reports
  • Sending out welcome letters
  • Fee billing
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Sending service charge budgets/reconciliations to tenants & variance reporting
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as and when they arise

Person Specification

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and experience in building relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Good MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Task oriented and selfmotivated, with ability to prioritise issues
  • Previous experience working within the Property industry would be advantageous
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
