An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Global Leader in motion capture technology

Developing high-speed and high-performance software and hardware products for a variety of industries including Entertainment, Engineering and Life Sciences.

Your work will have a direct impact on the technology used in major feature films and games as wellas the development of measurement tools for biomechanics, robotics and other areas of cutting edge scientific sectors.


With the offices based in Oxford this is a Hybrid role with a healthy balance of working from home and being in a dynamic and modern office.


Responsibilities include:


  • Electronic Design of a range of hardware products including high speed motion capture and video cameras, calibration devices and synchronisation and networking equipment.
  • Working alongside, and sometimes leading, teams comprising of electronic, mechanical and software design engineers in the creation of high performing and costeffective solutions
  • Ensuring designs have appropriate test coverage for development and manufacture and that designs meet appropriate regulatory compliance.
  • Full product lifecycle involvement from early conceptual studies through to manufacturing support postrelease.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Working Knowledge of image sensors, Optics, Ethernet or RF Design.
  • 3+ Years' experience working in VHDL/Verilog including the implementation of Algorithms.
  • Experience with Highspeed digital design. (Knowledge of Analogue design is also advantageous)
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
