As a leading health and social care provider, we are looking for a motivated Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving healthcare outcomes.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of company events or activities.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, offering administrative support as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records accurately.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your training will take place within the workplace, you will be given full support from experienced staff members whilst you work towards gaining an Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.
