Trainee Sales Executive £20,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary + Company Car + £12,000 Uncapped Commission

A fantastic client facing/office based B2B sales role within the IT sector, where you'll be managing the full sales cycle, from initial business development through to account management.

This rare opportunity would be best suited to a sales professionalwho could be stuck, frustrated within an internal sales role, or simply looking to kickstart their sales career, all backgrounds will be considered.


All product/sales training will be provided by designated in house trainers, who aid you with all the knowledge you will need to be successful within the role.

Once you have got up to speed and are fully trained, the role will become hybrid working, withthe opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.


Initially you will be dealing with a range of self-prospected and inbound leads, then tasked to attend a mix of face to face and virtual follow up meetings to convert the sale.

Following on from that, account management will make up a key part of the role,developing relationships with those existing customers, ensuring they don't become dormant and remain active.


Within the position you should expect to be out meeting with customers 50% of the time, around the MK, NN, OX postcodes, with the remainder of time based out of their Milton Keynes office.

What is required from you?

  • Previous experience within a phonebased sales role is desired, but not essential, previous roles could include B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Recruitment, Insurance Sales, Telesales, a variety of backgrounds will be considered.
  • Money motivated, an uncapped commission structure will allow fantastic additional financial take homes.
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to adapt your style depending on who you are meeting with.
  • A desire for personal and professional progression, having a drive to work your way through a growing business.
  • Full Drivers License
