Your role as the Office Manager / Personal Assistant will be to ensure the office is running smoothly whilst supporting a Director.

You'll be working alongside other colleagues to help ensure that the Office is the best it can be.

Description
As the Office Manager / Personal Assistant based in London, your duties would be;

  • Office management (maintaining supplies, facilities etc)
  • Managing company accounts
  • Organising company events
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Organise meetings and coordinating calenders
  • Administration for the Director

Profile
You'll be successful as the Office Manager / Personal Assistant if you;

  • Previous Office Manager experience
  • Previous Personal Assistant experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
