Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outdoor Product Sales Associate to join us at our new idyllic showroom.

This position involves selling a range of luxury outdoor products, including outdoor kitchens, and BBQs and fire places to customers who visit our unique and charming new showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Present and explain outdoor products to customers
Manage inventory and order products as necessary
Process sales and maintain accurate records
Follow up with customers and resolve any issues or complaints
Perform administrative tasks as required
Keep the showroom and outdoor displays clean and organized
Posting to various social media pages

Requirements:

Strong people skills and the ability to work independently
Full UK Drivers license
Competency on the computer
Good organizational and timemanagement skills
A passion for the outdoors and outdoor products
Knowledge of sales, landscaping, outdoor products, outdoor kitchens, or BBQs is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, a commission on sales and a great work environment in a unique and charming barn setting.

This is initially a part time role - we are looking at 3 days a week. More working hours may be available as the job role expands with potential for growth within the business.

Weekend work (Saturday 9:30am - 1:30pm) will be required most weekends.

Our showroom will be based near Saffron Walden though the occasional trip (for training and meetings) may be required in Harlow, though this will be limited.
