REED in Teesside are excited to be representing a Middlesbrough based client who, due to expansion and business growth, are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Site Administrator to join their administration team.

The role will involve accepting incoming enquiries, generating quotes, processing orders and general office support whilst maintaining computer systems and assisting the finance department in all aspects of office administration.
Duties include:
- To provide administrative support to the depot operations
- Assist in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation
- Provide assistance to all sections of the business
- Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks
- Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate, experience of MS Office
- Results orientated, selfstarter who delivers to deadlines
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
