Finance Administrator - Retail Transit Packaging (RTP) Controller

The Group now wishes to recruit for the above position based at Dunbia Crosshands Site.


Basic Function:


To assist the Accounts Assistant with processing invoices onto various systems including any analysis and ensuring timely resolution of any queries.

This will include the generation and distribution of control reports and telephone liaison with company staff and external suppliers. To work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate entries into the accounts.


Main Duties:


  • Ensuring financial reporting objectives are met within deadlines, without compromising quality or control of costs.
  • Reconciling Tray & Pallet stock movements including internal & external movements and associated reporting.
  • Coordinate, reconcile and agree Tray Stocks with Customer Auditors
  • Transport Reconciliation including PO management and reporting.
  • External Coldstore reconciliation, resolving stock queries and reporting.
  • General Office Admin duties and any other duties as required by Finance Manager and Financial Controller
  • To produce adhoc reports as requested.

Essential Criteria:


  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office Applications, in particular MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience of Stock Control within a manufacturing/food production environment.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as independently.
  • Committed to working within the Company Values.
