If so, Tevalis wants to hear from you Tevalis Limited is a well-established software business based in Hull supplying EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems and services to restaurants and hospitality businesses throughout the UK, US and Middle East.
Here at Tevalis, we are looking for someone coordinated with experience in administration or who has worked as part of a project team.
The role is part of our growing project team and the main focus of the role is to assist our team of Project Managers in delivering successful projects to our clients.
This includes setting up Project Administration, keeping all documentation up to date, and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to.
The role is based at our head office in Hessle at Bridgehead Business Park, working Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- To assist in the completion of Projects to a standard that positively represents Tevalis.
- To manage time effectively in order to complete all tasks assigned.
- To keep track of projects using prescribed software and systems, and ensure they are always kept up to date.
- To complete Project administration postproject meeting, to the required Tevalis standard.
- To manage time effectively in order to complete all tasks assigned.
- Creation of clients on the company ticketing system
- Creating all administrative tools for the project.
This includes but is not limited to:
To do, One note and SharePoint folder
- Sending calendar invites to clients
- Ensuring all job sheets are complete and signed off by the project manager
- Ensuring all teams have the required jobs sheets in a timely fashion
- Booking of AMCO or thirdparty requests
- Taking notes in required client meetings
- Sending reminders for all bookings
- Ensuring all project documentations are up to date and uploaded on company software
- Submitting integration tickets and checking on the process for the project milestones
Required Skills and Experience
- Working in an administrative capacity
- GCSE Math's and English
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work with others as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Exceptional written skills

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
