Tuesday 9 th May to 26 th May, with a possible extension to 9 th June

The training will take place on Wednesday 3 rd May 10:00 - 13:00. So you must be available for this day.

For those invigilators selected to work and a lead/senior or in the CEA exams they will have to attend an additional training session which is Wednesday 3 May 2023: 14:30 to 16:00.

Ideally you will be able to work each week day but no less than three days per week

Examinations Invigilator to join a prestigious university based in Holborn.

Roles and responsibilities

Checking of exam papers to ensure all required papers are present.
Assisting with setting up exam venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers in accordance with the outlined procedures.
Assisting with the setup and running of computerbased exams
Making announcements to students informing them of the rules within the exam venue and how to complete their answer booklet.
Checking attendance during examinations.
Collecting and collating exam scripts at the end of the examination in accordance with strict procedures.
