Admin Assistant

FTC - 6 month initial

Leeds based - must be willing and able to travel to the office 3 days a week

My Financial Service client are currently looking for Admin Assistants to join a busy period within their Sales function.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a well known and established business at entry level in their first job or further gainmore experience.


Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant:

  • Looking after the Sales teams inbox's
  • Organising invoices and bills needed from their clients
  • MUST have excellent communications and written skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment


The organisation are looking for 5 Admin Assistants to join them in January and these people must be able to be on site in Leeds 3 days per week.
