Reporting directly to the Group Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion supporting the Commercial and Promise businesses. This role will closely support the Group DEI strategic plan working with senior partners to deliver tangible results.This role is at the heart of both the DEI and people strategy in order to support the business in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment where all colleagues can grow and thrive.
The operational focus of the role is to partner with the business to create and deliver on the Group wide DEI strategy, working with the senior leadership teams and HRBPs to attract, retain, develop and engage exceptional diverse talent at Knight Frank.
Responsibilities
- Work closely, develop effective and strong relationships with the Group wide strategy and the Commercial and Promise business.
- Proven ability to think on a global scale, both strategically and tactically to drive DEI.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations and Early Careers to ensure Group DEI strategy is embedded across colleague lifecycle
- Act as an SME to the Commercial and Promise HRBPs and their Leadership teams on all things Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Using a dataled approach to create and deliver a robust DEI strategy, supporting leaders to set clear, measurable ambitions and actions.
- Work with the HR Insights Analyst to understand the data collected from engagement surveys, gender pay gap reporting and other regulatory or external requirements.
- Build and drive Group wide DEI projects including HR policy review, equity progression programs
- Act as a consultant and expert on all succession, remuneration and performance management building senior DEI pipeline programs focused on gender and ethnicity
- Deliver indepth DEI training and development for leaders
Experience required
- 57 years' experience as a DEI generalist or business partner supporting and leading across the broad spectrum of DEI.
- First class stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge across all levels thrives in a fastmoving environment.
- Agile, flexible and adaptable approach with global experience
- Deep technical expertise across Diversity, equity and inclusion talent acquisition, strategy development and deployment
- The ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
- Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.
- A strong background and understanding in DEI strategy development
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to form balanced and measurable strategic plans
- Good external networking and engagement experience
