We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior RF Spectrum Engineer to join an innovative team with a leading defence company with locations across the South West and South Coast.

Further Responsibilities:

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team integrating a wide range of engineering and technical disciplines to deliver a variety of complex projects
Research customer needs and requirements to align outputs
Work with customers to ensure successful delivery and identify new business
Promote and encourage innovation and excellent standards within the delivery and/or sales team.
Demonstrate strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others, including external customers/ agencies

Experience Required:

Experience of system requirements development, design and testing of RF system hardware
Experience in radio propagation and/or channel modelling
Degree qualified in Science or Engineering discipline
Able to lead medium to large team on large or complex tasks
