Role overview
We are looking for someone to join our Quality Assurance team as a Call Quality Specialist (specifically in the telemarketing environment).
You will join a team that is vital to the sales function; ensuring sales opportunities are qualified in line with our internal frameworks.
Day to day this role involves, but is not limited to, auditing and evaluating appointments booked by telemarketing agents.Key tasks
- Drive a culture of best practice.
- Continuously challenge stakeholders to improve quality standards.
- Regular involvement in the review of the current Quality Assurance framework.
- Identify training and development opportunities and regularly feedback.
- Document performance trends; tracking progress to continuously improve.
- Ensure all team activity complies with JLA standards.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of quality calibration sessions
About You

Essential
Experience of working in a sales contact centre environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A Flexible mindset; able to adjust to everchanging business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A selfstarter with high levels of selfmotivation and initiative.
- Proven ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, without compromising quality of output.
- Ability to thrive under the pressure of change.
- Act with integrity, tact & diplomacy.
- Strong awareness of risk and the importance of controls and escalation.
Desirable
- Experience in training and coaching others.
- Ability to manage conflict and understand when and how to escalate.
- Good understanding of JLA business processes, structures, departments and activities.
- Experience and competence with all of JLA core systems and products.
- Ability to travel to different offices as and when required.
Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
