This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established team of Educational Psychologists.

We have considerable experience in supporting TEPs to become fully qualified EPs, working in collaboration with Universities across the country.

We are a values-driven service and this is evident in day-to-day interactions as well as the bigger decisions made about the service.

We have listened to our team and have amended our service delivery model based on feedback in relation to their wellbeing.

The team is highly valued in the Local Authority and well regarded by local schools.

We have fantastic relationships with our schools; over 90% of whom buy traded packages for in depth casework and development work.

All team members take responsibility for the day to day running of the service. There is a good balance of statutory and non-statutory work.

EPs working within the service have reported that we are flexible, collaborative and innovative:
"You get to follow your interests and try different projects to learn something new"; "It's a fun service to work for and people really care about what they do".

We are looking for trainee psychologists to join our ever-growing team
