We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Quality Assurance Director to lead our Customer Services team in Bromley. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of 6-12 Administrators, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet service level agreements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and objectives to drive individual and team success.
Maintain high-quality control standards, ensuring all work meets the required level of excellence.
Handle customer complaints, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage risks and changes to business practices, ensuring seamless operations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and a pension scheme.
