    Estimator, Landscaping Luxury Garden

    We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results in the luxury landscaping sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review project briefs and designs to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements
    • Collaborate with the design team to create detailed Bill of Quantities, pricing structures, and quotations
    • Use Bluebeam Revu to measure drawings and produce accurate scopes of work
    • Research and resource materials, plant, and sub-contract prices for each project
    • Provide provisional costings for leads and enquiries
    • Assist clients with technical feedback throughout the tender and award process
    • Assign or propose profit margins based on department guidelines
    • Submit monthly CVRs to the Commercial Director

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Currently working in an estimating role within landscaping, groundworks, or construction
    • Strong knowledge of garden landscapes and commercial landscaping or general construction quotations
    • Understanding of contracts and project risk management
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Possess good communication skills
    • Hold a full driving licence

    Salary: £34,000 to £38,500 + Bonus

    Location: Office (Brixton, London) & Site Based

    Type: Permanent
