CSA (Customer Services Advisor) - Property SectorSheffield, South Yorkshire
Up to £28k DOE + bonus
EMBS Property are currently supporting a client operating in the Resident accommodation sector to recruit a Resident Host aka Customer Services Associate in a residential setting for a seriously impressive building in Sheffield.
Whatever job title you have doesnt matter, what matters are the following personality traits:100% RESIDENT FOCUSED - this role is all about being the face of the building, building relationships and an amazing residence experience
You will need to be
Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey
In addition, you will be experienced in the 'living/accommodation' sector - PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, Coworking, hospitality as the experience is fully transferable.
In this role you would be the key point of contact within the building residents, the face of the building and the first point of contact - this is why personality skills are so important.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
Customer service & Customer journey
Residents care, engagement and satisfaction
Social media channels for the building (you can be as creative as you like)
Sales & Marketing eg site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals
Building management eg compliance, H&S and working with maintenance
Building administration & Coordination eg tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
Plus much more
