Summary of Position
You will be working across a number of different activities, including bowling and urban street golf, as well as the Funbox, which is our exciting mix of pure arcade nostalgia, with the latest innovations for fun-lovers and thrill-seekers alike
You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that every single guest, including children and adults, has THE BEST TIME EVER Obviously, there is a serious side to this too, which is just as important as the fun bit, as you will need to ensure the safety of our guests at all time.
Key Accountabilities
- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the venue.
- Ensure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for related Activities if applicable.
- Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company's Health and Safety policies for each activity.
- Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed
- Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses and safety items are functioning properly.
- Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
- Attend to all injured visitors within your designated area and implement first aid as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling.
- Undertake training as required by the Company.

- Maintain positive informative conversations with our guests highlighting all activities.
- Following the correct steps to achieve the mystery customer report results.
- Achieving sales targets set by management.
