A long-running accident management company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in their Ormskirk office on a short-term basis, that can use their own initiative and deliver an excellent service.

Their clients are at the forefront of thecompany and they have helped thousands with their long-established relationships.


They are looking for an Accounts Assistant (or purchase ledger clerk) to join their offices in Ormskirk for a 6 month FTC.

This job is ideal for an Accounts Clerk in the Ormskirk area with invoicing experience.


Job description for Accounts Assistant

  • Review, update and monitor invoices.
  • Preparation of daily payment runs.
  • Creation of selfbilling invoices.
  • Liaise with clients about queries.
  • Preparation of accounts for external accountant.
  • Adhoc administration tasks where necessary.

Job skills required for Accounts Assistant

  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel to an advanced level.
  • Invoice processing knowledge and experience.
  • Confidence in computer software.
  • Data entry skills.
