A long-running accident management company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in their Ormskirk office on a short-term basis, that can use their own initiative and deliver an excellent service.
They are looking for an Accounts Assistant (or purchase ledger clerk) to join their offices in Ormskirk for a 6 month FTC.
Job description for Accounts Assistant
- Review, update and monitor invoices.
- Preparation of daily payment runs.
- Creation of selfbilling invoices.
- Liaise with clients about queries.
- Preparation of accounts for external accountant.
- Adhoc administration tasks where necessary.
Job skills required for Accounts Assistant
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel to an advanced level.
- Invoice processing knowledge and experience.
- Confidence in computer software.
- Data entry skills.
