Experienced/Technical Administrator to join there team based at there HQ


The
Experienced/Technical Administrator position is a full time role within working hours of
8 hours a day equating to
40 hours per week.

As before mentioned this position is based as their
HQ in Doncaster and is offering a very generous salary of
£30,000 per year
The role of an
Experienced/Technical Administrator will consist of:

  • Managing changes to the Quality Systems (including UKAS and HACCP systems;
  • General Administrative duties;
  • Working within schedules, incorporating 11 quality systems;
  • Responsible for accurate document control systems;
  • Accurately updating changes to Quality Systems documents;
  • Following Group Quality audit schedules and ensuring responses are received;
  • Minute taking in meetings;
  • Willingness to engage with training and development in relation to any relevant opportunities identified by the Company.
There is scope that the may be some additional duties added down the line but is not a certainty

  • Experience of working within an administrative role
  • The ability to produce reports and communicate findings effectively
  • Competent at analysing data
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Be selfmotivated and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • To be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • A clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Previous experience within a Quality environment.
  • Experience of working in a factory / commercial environment would be advantageous, not essential.
  • Previous experience working with Quality Systems (including UKAS and HACCP systems.
