Description
A fantastic opportunity to join a varied role in central Salisbury on a part-time basis.

You will work for a flexible company undertaking duties such as:


  • Raising sales invoices and maintaining credit control
  • Processing purchase invoices and ensuring they are paid to terms
  • Monthly reconciliations of petty cash, nominal accounts, bank accounts and funds
  • Processing a monthly payroll including PAYE, pensions and NI payments, auto enrolment and associated administration, RTI submission and annual HMRC payroll returns
  • Supporting the HR function as needed
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Quarterley VAT returns
  • Liaising with auditors and third parties regarding the annual accounts
  • Monitoring expenditure
  • Use of Sage software


The orgnaisation are looking for someone to work part-time, circa 24 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread.

They support hybrid working, and can accommodate those looking for 1 or 2 days a week from home with the remaining hoursin the office.

Previous experience using Sage would be beneficial, and an ability to be confident undertaking a range of accounting duties, reporting to senior members of staff on accounts etc.
