Vacancy:
Estates Administrator**
Salary Scale: E7- E11 £22,369 - £24,054

All year round, permanent, 37 hours per week


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious Administrator to join our estates team, based at our Trust offices at Sewell Park.


Duties include liaising with contractors, responding to internal and external queries, maintaining records and general administrative tasks associated with the role.

We welcome applicants with strong administration skills and experience of working within an office environment. It is essential that applicants have excellent, problem solving, communication and ICT skills.


Applicants should possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.

Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed is expected to be approachable, professional and reliable.


Broad Horizons Education Trust is a multi-academy Trust comprising of 18 schools across Norfolk, which educate 7,500 children and young people and employ nearly 1200 people.


The hours for this post will be 37 hours per week, all year round worked between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am and 4.30pm Fridays, Flexibility is essential to cover absence.
