- £26,500**The Compliance Officer will ensure that standards of quality and performance required to meet the needs of the company's contracts and customers are implemented and maintained throughout the company and that instances of best practice are identified andreported to facilitate the continuous improvement of corporate process. Responsible for working closely with the prime contractor regularly to ensure customer service standards are being achieved and working with all staff to address any errors in a timelymanner.


General Support:


  • Ensure the Restart Scheme's audits and compliance checks are in line with the company's policies and procedures in regard to internal quality standards, Provider Guidance and Prime Contractor rules and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all provisions offered by Standguide and be conversant with all company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out audits and compliance checks for the Restart Scheme in Liverpool in accordance with the Quality Systems Review schedule and assist in identifying other areas that require review.
  • Produce audit feedback reports for the contract and for the Business Manager.
  • Identify areas of weakness and recommend suitable courses of action to rectify problems. Liaise with the appropriate people to implement solutions, e.g. Business Manager where training needs have been identified or Operations Managers where appropriate.
  • Liaise with Business Manager to schedule internal audits.
  • Undertake various project works set by the Business Manager.
  • Complete quality & compliance audits along with quality & compliance templates for any compliance monitoring audit requests from Primes.

Essential Requirements

  • General education to GCSE level standard or equivalent
  • Willing to complete Literacy and Numeracy at Level
  • Ability to work with Centre staff to resolve any issues arising from the audits & compliance
  • Ability/experience of planning and implementing quality systems
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and coordinate activities with other areas of the company
  • Ability/experience of delivering feedback in a positive and constructive manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability/experience of analysing problems, proposing solutions and presenting objective results in the form of reports.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative, as necessary
