About the Opportunity


As a Team Lead, Consumer on the All Access sales team, you will help identify, source and close prospects < 500 FTEs, whilst also being entirely responsible for closing all 1-9 All Access card deals either through digital or manual paperwork.

Additionally, the role will assume responsibility for mentoring a successful group of Account Executives in the Consumer All Access team.

This client-facing, quota carrying role will assist in driving revenue pipeline and closing full cycle sales opportunities as well as leading an efficient team to achieve both personal and team member growth goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

- Motivate, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to position the value of All Access and the future of flexible work- Support and supervise the flexible and dynamic 1-9 All Access pass deals while also acting like an owner across them- Execute net new and upsell bookings for the All Access product to companies with < 500 FTEs- Provide consistent feedback and performance management quota to team members- Own the accuracy of the Account Executive, Consumer team forecasting to report to All Access leadership- Own the throughput of your teams' efficiency and output working through pipeline management- Partner with internal sales teams on transactional access product sales opportunities- Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members- Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience


About You- Bachelor's Degree- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management or other relevant industry- 1+ years of sales management experience, leading a team made up of individual contributors.- Comfortable using and forecasting on CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable- Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales- A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives- High EQ, clear mentor and known to be a go-to problem solver- Experienced in performance management, ensuring team members consistently meet sales objectives but also growing and cultivating talent- Experienced in 'Managing by the numbers' with a consistent track record of exceeding daily/weekly activities- Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets- Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment- Ability to break down problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
