Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_ are currently working with a North Liverpool business to support them in finding a Temporary Purchase Ledger to start work as soon as possible.

This is a rolling temp role initially with a view to it eventually turning permanent.

The client is looking for a driven and committed Purchase Ledger Clerk who would hit the ground running and be able to fit in with the rest of the team in a seamless manner.

The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role;
Ø Must have proven experience working as a purchase ledger or accounts payable clerk

Ø Must be flexible and adaptable to the role


Tasks and responsibilities;
Ø Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders

Ø Set up new supplier accounts

Ø Reconcile supplier statements

Ø Process business expense returns

Ø Check and code invoices

Ø Resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes

Experience:
