Patient Services Co-ordinator - Beaconsfield, United Kingdom - Bucks and Berks Recruitment
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly regarded Private Medical Practice in Beaconsfield. They are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis.
The role involves maintaining the efficient running of the Practice and will include a mixture of Front of House and Administrative duties.
Key duties include:
- Meet and greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Booking, cancelling and rescheduling appointments
- Taking payments and ensuring that invoices are raised and processed
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Ensuring the Reception desk and waiting area are kept clean and tidy
- Processing repeat prescription requests
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Updating databases
- Providing admin support to GPs
Key skills and requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Being punctual and a good timekeeper
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build a good rapport
