Assistant Quality and Finishing Surveyor

We are seeking highly driven Assistant Surveyors to join our London, Birmingham, and Southampton offices.

REQUIREMENTS

The right individual will have:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role, working across residential developments
  • Strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn and develop their career
  • The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with work colleagues and contractors/site teams
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • A flexible attitude and able to respond to the needs of the business
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to set high standards for self to ensure that agreed processes and procedures are adhered to
  • A full, clean driving licence the ability to drive a car is essential to this role

JOB SUMMARY


As our Assistant Quality and Finishing Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of projects, either as part of a team or alone.

You will assist with setting the standard for the delivery of new homes to ensure that a high-quality product is delivered for our clients and that we can meet the demands of project timescales.


Your key deliverables will include:

  • Assisting with handovers
  • Snagging / desnagging of new build properties
  • Regular liaison with site teams
  • Managing diary to meet the demands of projects
  • Supporting the Clerk of Works, Aftercare Team and Employer's Agents
