Description
Semperian Group are looking to recruit an experienced Project Support, on a temporary basis until March 2023. This role will be based in Bromley Hospital.

Our Project support will support Managers within our SPC office to deliver on our contractual obligations and will be expected to provide full administrative support as well as general office duties.


Project Support Administrator Responsibilities:


  • To manage all administrative aspects of the SPC office including collation and preparation of the project diary inclusive of meetings, preparation of reports and issue of contract deliverables; general office finance tasks such as, checking and processing of invoices for payment, arranging of all travel, stationery and hospitality needs and the monitoring of office IT charges; Document management and timely exchange of related correspondences; and collation of the monthly Board report.
  • To support the SPC stakeholder management by; proactively engaging will all project stakeholders, at all levels; chairing fortnightly Defects meetings and managing the associated action tracker, including followups; attending fortnightly 'Project Level Water Safety' meetings, weekly Hard FM meetings and the monthly Liaison Committee and manage the associated action trackers / minutes, including followups; and attending adhoc meetings as required.
  • To understand and coordinate the delivery of contractual obligations by the SPC team to all stakeholders by; gaining familiarity with the contract documentation to assist with explanations and guidance; understanding contract deliverables for inclusion in the project diary and arranging associated activities.
  • To represent the SPC, and act as its point of contact on all matters relating to its various services, including chairing various meetings and responsibility for circulation of meeting notes and the followup of actions.

Project Support Administrator Requirements:


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
We are looking to appoint an organised and diligent individual who is team orientated but able to work independently.

You will have excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and planning skills and be comfortable communicating with both internal and external contacts in writing, on the telephone and in person.
