Description

Parity Group are delighted to partner with one of our
public sector client, who are looking to recruit a
Digital Capability Lead.


This will be a
hybrid role, with offices located in the
Northwest of England. You might be required to report to
Bootle client site at occasion.

**The role has a daily rate of

  • 550p/d, and the contract will see you Inside IR35.**
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading multiple teams in an Agile environment, communicating across all levels towards progressing products through the service standards required.
  • Organising and training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall (prince) and Lean principles.

  • Prior experience in Agile delivery in a complex environment, within a proven record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Exemplary communication skills across all levels with proven leadership skills.
  • Previous agile coaching for Data role
  • Experience in Agile Coaching/Scrum Master
