    Job Title

    A 12-month Fixed-Term Contract for an HR Generalist Role at a Reputable Business in Hull.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team on a fixed-term basis, working closely with the site manager across two sites. This generalist role will provide support and cover various aspects of human resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide HR support and guidance to the site manager and teams.
    • Assist with employee relations, recruitment, and training initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies.

    Requirements

    • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a similar industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Benefits
