Description

We are seeking to recruit to 1 x 30 hour/week post, term time.

The post is permanent and
will be based in a school setting
within a team comprising of:

Clinical Support Workers and Registered Nurses. The post entail
s providing care for highly dependent children in
school and in their own homes.

***: From time to time, the post holder may also have the opportunity to work over and above the contracted hours.

Previous experience in a similar role, working in a community setting and with highly dependent children would be advantageous. A minimum of SVQ III in Care or equivalent gained through experience and on the job training/short courses.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
