Full Time, Permanent
Starting salary £22,000 per annum rising to £25,000

Realistic OTE £36,000 (uncapped)**
About us and the role:Kemps Publishing is a long-established publisher of quality information in the UK business-to-business sector.

The company's history spans over 120 years and our portfolio of products ranges from magazines, through to the very latest in on-line internetand e-commerce technology.


Due to the continued success of our business, we are now looking to expand our sales team by recruiting a Sales Executive to join our long-established organisation.

In your role as a Sales Executive you will be selling advertising space across Chambers ofCommerce and owner-led print and/or online publications including other digital media such as e-bulletins.


Sales Executive Responsibilities:


  • Identifying new business opportunities from selfgenerated leads including opportunities with businesses already on our CRM
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders in various business sectors
  • Discussing with key decision makers within businesses to promote the portfolio of advertising channels available
  • Highlighting brand exposure opportunities for businesses in all sectors and consulting on opportunities to grow branding and reach via our channels
  • Negotiating deals to maximise sales revenue potential
  • Effectively closing sales to secure new business

Sales Executive desired skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role such as; Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Associate Telesales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Account Manager etc.

Basic Salary and Holiday Entitlement
Starting salary is 22k basic + 22 days' holiday.

This will rise during your first three years of service:


  • After 1 year £23k + 23 days' holiday
  • After 2 years £24k +24 days' holiday
  • After 3 years £25k + 25 days' holiday

Kemps Publishing operate in a Covid-safe office situated in the heart of Solihull town centre which is easily accessible via road or public transport.

Our standard working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


You must be eligible to work in the UK.
