We are looking for a reliable, organised & flexible individual to join our team at Fairleigh residential care home, where We specialise in care and support for older adults.

The position if for a full time senior care assistant where You would be required to lead the shift, and work evening/weekend/day shifts and also sleep shifts.

General duties would include, daily cleaning & laundry duties, personal care, cooking, attending appointments with residents or acting as an advocate, administering medication & advanced general paperwork and I.T duties.

Experience of a similar role and qualifications of a QCF level 3 (or equivalent) and above required, but other necessary training will be given.

we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about care giving, and making a difference in others lives whilst working well in a team showing good leadership skills.

The hourly rate for a senior staff is £10.10 P/H upwards & a set sleep shift rate.

You MUST be willing to have a full DBS check before being offered a contract or a transferable DBS is desirable.

Salary:
£10.90-£11.50 per hour
